Management
Peter Bollinger, CEO

During his studies in Measurement and Controlling Technology, Peter Bollinger was able to gain practical experience in software development at AEG and Bosch.
After graduation in 1994 as an Engineer (Diplom Ingenieur) he worked in industrial image data processing and ran the corresponding business unit at Pulsotronic.
At the end of 2000 Peter Bollinger moved to Universal Instruments, an international manufacturer of machines for automatic assembly of PC boards.
During his time there he held various managerial positions on an international basis and built up the software development centre for Dover Technologies in Bangalore.
From 2006 to the end of 2011 he was the General Manager of European Operations. In this position he was responsible for the sales and service organisation of Universal Instruments in Europe and helped establish the company as a profitable and continually expanding supplier for the electronics industry.
As of 2012 Peter Bollinger has been a Member of the Board of iTAC Software AG and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2013.
Stefan Brügge, CFO

After completing his studies in economics at the University of Hohenheim in Germany, Stefan Brügge worked in the electrical, service, waste disposal industry and, above all, plant engineering.
He has undergone various management functions both in the plants of internationally active corporations and in their headquarters. He was responsible for the entire spectrum of the commercial sector from HR, IT, Purchasing, Financial Accounting to Controlling.
The graduate economist has held various management positions at the Dürr Group since 1999 and has been responsible for the Clean Technology Systems (CTS) business unit as CFO since 2007, which is specialized in for procedures for optimizing exhaust air purification.
Stefan Brügge has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of iTAC Software AG since 01.10.2018. In this position, he is responsible for the entire finance and controlling area, HR, internal IT, facility management and related strategic tasks.
Martin Heinz

Martin Heinz studied industrial engineering and holds an Executive MBA from the THM Business School. After his studies, he held the position of Head of Production & Logistics for a company in the automotive supply industry from 1996 to 2000. From 2000 to 2003, he was responsible for production and purchasing at a leading company for MR sensor technology. Martin Heinz joined iTAC Software AG in 2003 and has since held various positions, including Vice President Product Management and Vice President Operations. In 2011, he became General Manager of the German, Austrian and Swiss business unit D-A-CH, where he has been responsible for the operative and strategic business development ever since.
Furthermore, Martin Heinz has been a member of the management board of DUALIS GmbH IT Solution, a subsidiary of iTAC Software AG, since March 2017. For many years he has been involved in various committees of the ZVEI, the VDMA and the Competence Site on the topics of Traceability, MES and Industry 4.0.
Martin Heinz has been a member of the iTAC Software AG Management Board since January 1, 2020.
