Former Vice President Finance & Controlling for DACH and EMEA EAST at Software AG joins iTAC

Montabaur, 05 October 2023 – Andreas Eckert is the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of iTAC Software AG with effect from October 1, 2023. The manager is switching from Software AG to the MES/MOM specialist. The new CFO aims to further strengthen iTAC's growth and profitability, expand its market position and establish the company more prominently in the MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) segment. iTAC has developed from a traceability expert for discrete production processes into a global MOM player for a wide range of industries.

iTAC Software AG is a globally active IT and software company with a 25-year history and a pioneer in the field of Industry 4.0. As the new CFO, Andreas Eckert is in charge of the company's finances and supports CEO Peter Bollinger and Board member Martin Heinz in corresponding strategic questions.

After graduating with a degree in industrial engineering, Andreas Eckert began his professional career at Deutsche Telekom. In 1998, he switched to Software AG, where he held various positions in Controlling at the national level and, since 2007, at the international level with a management function. Most recently, Andreas Eckert was responsible for Finance & Controlling in the DACH and EMEA EAST regions and led a team of 35 employees. He was also the head of Controlling for Software AG's global Professional Services business.

In his new role as CFO of iTAC Software AG, Andreas Eckert is responsible for the development and implementation of the company's long-term financial strategy. "I am very much looking forward to my new task. Together with my colleagues on the Management Board, Peter Bollinger and Martin Heinz, I am pursuing the goal of further strengthening the company's growth and profitability and expanding its market position.
