Since 1990, DUALIS GmbH IT Solution has been your partner for agile and efficient production. The collaboration between iTAC Software AG and DUALIS GmbH IT Solution deepened significantly in 2016, when DUALIS became a wholly owned subsidiary of iTAC. Cogiscan  provides comprehensive and modular factory digitalization solutions tailor-made for electronics manufacturers. The applications enable machine connectivity, process control and traceability, as well as intelligent factory analytics – covering all types of manufacturing ecosystems with a vendor-agnostic approach. With installations around the globe, Cogiscan’s solutions have helped to transform and optimize manufacturing operations in over 450 factories. 

In February 2021, iTAC Software AG – as part of the Dürr Group – acquired 100% of Cogiscan Inc., a long-time partner specializing in connectivity and traceability solutions for electronics manufacturing. The company brings deep domain expertise in machine connectivity, analytics and factory automation software, as well as an extensive network of partnerships with leading machine and software vendors. This enables both companies to offer a wide range of smart solutions to their joint customers.

Accevo is an end-to-end provider of IT solutions that monitor every stage of the manufacturing process like OEE, MES. Systems are developed and integrated in process manufacturing facilities of any scale, implementing the out-of-the-box product along with machine connectivity and tailoring it to the unique setup of each factory. The entire ecosystem, called Smart Factory, provides an integrated seamless flow of data and information. Within its core lies an MES-class IT solution that allows the collection of operating data from production lines and visualizes them in a friendly way for all employees, enabling better and faster decisions.

Accevo Systems (formerly ANT Solutions) is part of the Dürr Group since 2023 and operates under the leadership of iTAC Software AG. With Accevo's expertise, industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and fast moving consumer goods are now in focus. Accevo offers industrial software solutions tailored to these specific industry requirements.
