  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen für unsere Kunden, Partner und Mitarbeitenden
  • Sie pflegen und Erstellen Schulungskonzepte, Schulungsunterlagen und Übungsmaterialien
  • Sie führen die internen/externen Trainings (In- und Ausland) durch
  • Sie verantworten die Trainingsnachbereitung und Auswertung
  • Ihnen obliegt die fortlaufende Optimierung und Erweiterung des Schulungsangebots der iTAC

Ihr Profil

  • Basis Ihrer Laufbahn bildet ein abgeschlossenes Informatik-Studium oder eine entsprechende Berufsausbildung mit technischem Hintergrund
  • Sie bringen einschlägige Programmier- (vorzugsweise JAVA) und HTML5-Kenntnisse mit
  • Idealerweise haben Sie Berufserfahrung als Dozent oder IT-Trainer für Enterprise-Software
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis – idealerweise im Bereich von Produktionsabläufen aus
  • Sie verfügen über Erfahrung mit produktionsnahen IT-Systemen wie ERP, MES, APS, CAQ und im Business Intelligence Umfeld
  • Ihre Persönlichkeit zeichnet sich durch rhetorische und didaktische Fähigkeiten aus und Sie besitzen ein sicheres Auftreten vor Personengruppen
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
