Your Tasks

  • Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead sales staff with concepts and leadership to meet sales goals. 
  • Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization. 
  • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
  • The manager will develop and implement strategies for the Revamp Business and evaluate new market opportunities for growth.
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales markets, quotas, and goals.
  • Represents company at trade association meetings to promote products and services.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Ensures contract terms, payment milestones, and pricing are in alignment with Corporate guidelines and Business Process Policies
  • Coordinates between sales department and other sales-related units.
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
  • Recommends or approves budgets, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work.
  • Expected travel 25%.
  • Ensures cohesive management approach across CTS-Southfield and CTS-De Pere offices.

Your Skills

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university and prior experience desired but not required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software; Development software; Design software; Internet software; Project Management software and Database software.
  • Experience CRM System (Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
