Your Tasks
- Optimizes the utilization of all available recruiting tools (social media, websites, etc.) and applicant tracking systems
- Attends career fairs, networking events and other employer branding initiatives representing the company and recruiting new talent
- Supports site personnel in securing temporary labor on projects as needed
- Confers with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills; along with best recruiting processes/resources
- Updates and maintains job descriptions as needed
- Sources, screens and interviews applicants
- Coordinates and attends candidate interviews with hiring managers
- Conducts employment verifications
- Extends verbal and written contingent job offers
- Maintains employee referral program
- Completes weekly report on employment activity

- Maintains all vendor agreements with recruiting firms and staffing agencies

Your Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience required
- Experience using social media tools for the purpose of recruiting
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required
- Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System a plus
- Must be an all-around excellent communicator
- Critical evaluation skills are a necessity
- Demonstrated ability to easily and quickly adapt to change
- Impeccable organization and follow up skills are an absolute must
